Privacy

Team members sign in with a private access key. Screen links are read-only. Letters keep a name or handle and a wish. We do not collect shopper emails or phone numbers. QR scans are counted as anonymous daily totals. Demo letters expire after 30 minutes; other letters expire after 30 days. A daily hash of the connection address is used to limit repeated submissions and expires after an hour. Team and quote data is stored for venue administration and quotation records.
